I created Squat Club with one simple purpose  - to change people's lives. We started with an empty warehouse and a mind full of dreams. It was our vision and we wanted to change the way gyms are, especially around the local area for the people of Narellan. A home that was full of inspiration & support rather than judgement & intimidation, a place of community & friendships, rather than a gym where no one acknowledges you and a place full of guidance & education rather than carelessness & just being a number - we wanted to create an experience.

And as the world continues to change, so do we and we will never stand still to keep changing lives and improving the Squat Club experience.
