THE SC MALE PHYSIQUE PROGRAM

I get it, there was a time I used to go into the gym without knowing what I was going to do that day. I would make up the session as I got to the gym and would see what everyone else was doing. I thought that's I needed to grow, to build muscle. The truth was, I was just spinning my wheels. I wasn't making any progress because my workouts weren't structured and progressive!

 

 The Male Physique Program puts an end to that. The Male Physique Program is an online program designed by head coach and owner of Squat Club, Ash Huggett.

These programs are designed to increase muscle mass, improve strength and build a greater confidence within yourself with our strength and hypertrophy focused workouts.

MULTIPLE OPTIONS

You will receive a new program every 4-6 weeks.

You have the option to choose 2,3,4 or 5 day training splits. You will ave access to these programs forever.

Each program you will receive access to 4 new detailed instructional coaching videos covering different moves in your current workout. These will help you maximise the muscles specifically designed for each movement. These videos are locked and are for The Male Physique Program members only.
