Our Lift program is a fan favourite and with good reason! Weight-focused strength training, that focuses on technique and results. Incorporating compound and functional strength movements to build and shape your body and increase strength. No week is ever the same yet we focus on tangible, measured progression through progressive overload with specialty program techniques.

Burn will definitely turn up the heat! Burn is a fast-paced, high-intensity program guaranteed to get that heart racing!

We focus on improving your aerobic and anaerobic fitness with short burst intervals with little rest, as well as endurance-based movements to enhance your ability to pace yourself and stay in it for the long haul.

If you're looking for an overall workout, Hustl is for you!
This program has equal parts strength, conditioning and core training that is sure to push you to your limits.

Think of Lift and Burn blended together, this means you're Hustlin'!

This body burner will test your stamina and ability to constantly move through reps and rounds using functional movement patterns.

Build, shape, and lift that peach with resistance movements that target your whole lower body. This class will enhance growth in the glutes and build strength in the legs, as we incorporate heavy compound lifts, booty bands, and specialty techniques for this killer workout!

Spicy Saturday's are the best way to start your weekend!

This program will have you performing in teams and pushing you and those around you through new boundaries! Expect partner and team-based workouts to help you perform at your very best no matter your experience. Have the whole team cheering you on as you enter the weekend!

Our mat Pilates will work through a flow of movements aimed to improve mobility and flexibility.

This class will teach you how to engage your core and build your booty, to give you the best type of burn so that you can brag later!

Take some time to focus on strength, body & mind alignment as you are taken through movements with our expert Yoga instructors to improve your flexibility as we flow through the class.

What better way to finish your humpday than giving your body what it needs, a well-deserved stretch!

Extend & Stretch focuses on static and dynamic stretching to improve flexibility and mobility that will complement your training perfectly.
