Join the amazing Nat Baldwin as she takes you through exercises that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. A MUST if you want to progress your strength training!
WALKING INTO THE WEEKEND
Friday's - 40 mins - 5.30am, Weekly (Summer)
We know how important it is to stay active, our Walking into the Weekend group is a great way to get out of bed, get some fresh air and start your day in a positive way. Walk with like minded people in your own community. Our location will frequently change and you will be given the secret location the night before!
Saturday's - 60 mins - 8am, Weekly
Wednesday's 45mins - 5.45am, Weekly
A series of small high intensity workouts and circuits designed to get the heart pumping and utilise the benefits of HIIT style weight training to SHRED maximum calories.
