Our group training programs have specific and measured progressions. We know what it takes for you to get to your goals.
Each program is designed over a 12-week cycle broken up into 3 different training phases each having a different focus.
Each week you will be progressing more than the previous week, allowing you to start your journey anywhere in the 12 weeks.
During these 12 weeks, you will be strategically taken through a journey of education, progression, recovery and testing to avoid plateauing and helping you reach your goals.
Our Lift program is a fan favourite and with good reason! Weight-focused strength training, that focuses on technique and results. Incorporating compound and functional strength movements to build and shape your body and increase strength. No week is ever the same yet we focus on tangible, measured progression through progressive overload with specialty program techniques.
Build, shape, and lift that peach with resistance movements that target your whole lower body. This program will enhance growth in the glutes and build strength in the legs, as we incorporate heavy compound lifts, booty bands, and specialty techniques for this killer workout!
