SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL
Train with your personal trainer and 1 - 2 other people in your session. Individualised programming, flexible session times, with gym access and class access. Choose from 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week.
1:1 or 2:1 coaching is perfect if you need direct and added support, and guidance with your training goals with high accountability with check ins & adjustments.
