Here at Squat Club, we are firm believers that age shouldn't be a limitation when it comes to learning how to train effectively and correctly. We as adults are role models for our next generation and especially our children. 

every Wednesday, Squat Club hosts a Children's training group, for children 8-13 years old who want to learn more about:

  • Creating healthy habits

  • Training to be stronger and faster

  • increasing confidence

  • Improving a positive mindset

 

HOW IT WORKS:
