At Squat Club we believe in nurturing healthy habits from an early age and inspiring the youth to build strong bodies, confident minds, and lasting friendships.

Holistic Approach: Our program is built on a holistic foundation, combining physical fitness with teamwork, discipline, and positive character development through total body workouts.
Expert Trainers: Our certified and experienced trainers specialise in working with young participants, ensuring safe and effective workouts tailored to individual fitness levels.
Age-Appropriate Activities: We've curated a range of activities that are both fun and challenging, enhancing strength, agility, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness teaching valuable social skills, leadership, and the importance of supporting one another.
Positive Environment: Our gym is a judgment-free zone where youths can express themselves, interact, and collaborate while learning valuable life skills through mindfulness and relaxation exercises.
