VARIETY OF CLASSES
Choose from our Lift Series (strength) which consists of:
two different Total Body sessions, Lower Body and Upper Body. These sessions are carefully programmed so that you are targeting body parts multiple times per week for greater results.
Choose our carefully curated Peachy sessions designed to target all areas of the glutes which will strengthen, lift and shape your peach.
And to compliment these sessions we have Spicy Saturdays, (cardio) designed to raise your heart rate, increase your fitness and make you feel the burn!
